The Law School of the Universidad de Chile held its second Job Fair, in which Baraona Marshall & Cia. participated with great enthusiasm of its lawyers and partners.

On October 4th and 5th, the second version of the Job Fair of the School of Law of the Universidad de Chile was held and Baraona Marshall & Cia. was part of it through its associate lawyers and some partners. “We believe it is critical to participate in these instances where students and alumni can talk with us and our younger lawyers, so that they know a little more about the firm and we can invite the best candidates to join our team in the future”, said Juan Pablo Baraona.
Cristóbal Herrera, the partner in charge of recruiting new talents commented that applications for attorneys, prosecutors and summer internships were opened. “We believe it is an excellent way to get our firm to be known through the on-site testimony of its associates and partners. We look forward to attract the best candidates, so they know that our firm offers professional development opportunities of excellence, in a very pleasant work environment. I believe, by the large number of interested people and summaries received, that the primary objective was fulfilled”. We especially thank Natalia Sandoval, Jeanne Marie Miquel, Aron Núñez, Gert Greve, Alejandro Franco, Paulina Gálvez, Maximiliano Mellafe, Jaime Zavala and Carlos Vásquez, who were at the fair sharing their experiences, interviewing and searching for new talents among law students of the University.
